The term "Print" normally implies to a copy of something, or even a copy of a copy.  In art, the term print is generally a copy of a copy, i.e, a photograph is taken of the art and then copied onto paper, so is therefore a second generation copy.   Mostly, art prints can be a little flat, lack colour and impact
